Utah County’s Premier Mixed-Use Development

Salt Lake City, Utah−November 23, 2016−University Mall in Orem, Utah has been the crown jewel of the Woodbury Corporation portfolio since its opening in 1973. Now over 40 years later, it has been redeveloped into University Place (UP). Spread over 30 blocks with improvements totaling $500, million the mixed-use development is now a fully integrated town center with upscale housing, Class A office space, children’s play area, park and hotel components.

UP is located on one of the busiest intersections in Utah − the crossing of University Parkway and State Street. The need to brand the modern buildings and convey messages to passers-by is critical to the success of the project. YESCO teamed up Woodbury Corporation to create a sign and lighting package that adds excitement and tenant recognition at the property. “We couldn’t be more excited that Woodbury embraced YESCO’s cutting-edge technology and innovative design to brand their award-winning center,” said Jeff Young, YESCO’s chief marketing officer.
