All YESCO outdoor digital displays are monitored day and night by technicians utilizing on-site web-cameras and a custom software package. Reviewed images show the exact minute that a problem occurs. Often a problem can be fixed before anyone realizes it existed. Displays are monitored 24/7/365, significantly reducing down time.

 

Warranty

YESCO offers a 12 month parts and on-site labor warranty – one of the most extensive warranties in the Digital Outdoor Market.  Even after this first year, we warranty parts for another 4 years.

From the start, YESCO engineers worked with Outdoor Advertising Companies and the OAAA to provide an LED product that met their requirements for cabinet design, serviceability, brightness, clarity, and service. Our front service module, changeable with only 4 captive screws, was a major design which resulted from this commitment. Our software engineers have worked with each and every outdoor company in order to offer the best content scheduling software available today. All YESCO cabinets leaving our Logan, Utah facility meet the stringent 130 mph design.

YESCO engineers continually improve our products by constantly searching and adapting products that reduce power consumption, improve brightness and clarity, and provide the control over content that is required. Each display is completely built and assembled in our Logan, Utah facility, which allows quality control not possible when modules are assembled overseas.
