Daily Leads—Our franchisees generate their own leads by sending out "patrollers" who capture sign and lighting service needs in our mobile application called Servizio. "Daily Leads" is calculated by taking the total number of patrol records in a year for the same franchised business divided by 250 working days per year.

Daily Sales Activities—Our franchisees record sales activities (phone call, email, in-person visit, etc.). This figure is calculated by taking the total number of sales activity records in a year for the same franchised business divided by 250 working days per year.

Closing Ratio—This figure is calculated by dividing the number of jobs logged by the number of patrol records (see "Daily Leads" above) in a year by the same franchised business.
