He didn’t have authorization to do ours but he called in and got permission from his company and our company and was able to then go ahead and fix the sign. We so appreciated it. Great experience with Yesco!  Had my sign repaired a couple months ago and through their own follow up noticed a faulty bulb and reach out to me to replace it and it was covered u see warranty. You don’t see customer service like this anymore. Highly recommend!

Yesco contacted me to let me know my lit sign needed some help. Service Technician Dan Olver came by to check it out and replaced my old fluorescent tubes and fixtures with a new LED system and photocell. He even gave the lens a good clean and hid a distracting cable that used to be in front of the old bulbs for some reason. What a difference! It’s great to see a nice, bright sign at night. Dan came out to my place of work and not only did he find out what was wrong with our Outdoor Signage, he was able to explain it in a way I could understand. He also fixed an issue on our sign and gave suggestions on how to improve it. I would recommend having him come do any repairs or installation of outdoor lighting signage.
