Exterior Neon Sign Survey for Twin Peaks in Albuquerque, New Mexico

When a large portion of an exterior neon system goes dark, determining why is the first step toward getting it glowing again.

YESCO Albuquerque recently performed a sign survey for Twin Peaks on The 25th Way in Albuquerque, New Mexico, after a large portion of the property’s exterior neon lighting was reported out.

The purpose of the survey was to evaluate the neon system and gather the information needed to determine the appropriate scope and pricing for future repairs.

Why Survey a Neon System Before Repairing It?

Neon outages can have several possible causes, and a widespread outage doesn’t necessarily point to a single failed component.

A site survey allows technicians to inspect the existing system, document its condition, identify affected areas, and gather the information necessary to develop an appropriate repair plan.

For this project, YESCO was specifically called in to survey the exterior neon system after a significant portion of the lighting stopped illuminating.

Keeping Architectural Neon Looking Its Best

Neon can be much more than lettering on a sign. Restaurants, casinos, entertainment destinations, and retail properties often incorporate it into their exterior architecture to create a recognizable nighttime appearance.

When multiple sections go dark, the difference can be immediately noticeable.

YESCO has decades of experience servicing neon and other illuminated sign systems, from diagnostics and individual component repairs to larger restoration and retrofit projects.
