The 7-foot-tall by 32-foot-wide display now includes red, yellow, green, and white LED, illuminating the words &#8220;Welcome to Brigham, Gateway to the World\u2019s Greatest Wild Bird Refuge.\u201d In addition to updating the lighting, YESCO also repainted the sign with custom colors hand-selected by our painter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FUN FACTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Brigham Gateway Arch was originally installed in September 1928 by YESCO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Steel girders were hoisted into place 23-feet above the street.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In December 1928, the sign was temporarily taken down and replicated with newer materials. This renovation was also completed by YESCO.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYESCO is honored to have played a pivotal role in the history of the Brigham Gateway Arch, from its original creation in 1928 to its multiple renovations over nearly 100 years,\u201d said Jeff Young, executive vice president, YESCO. \u201cRetrofitting the neon lighting with modern LED technology will ensure its brilliance for generations to come.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe arch was installed in 1928 to commemorate the establishment that same year of the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge at the request of the community.
