Tom was a hard-working, talented young man. Having a deep love of art, he learned his trade well and became a Master Sign Writer. Continually on the march forward and with a powerful drive to excel, Tom went from wall-lettering, gold-leaf window signs, posters, truck lettering, and striping, to electric signs.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"history-2\" class=\"bcg-alt\">\n<div class=\"container-fluid\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-12 col-xl-6 m-lg-auto years-right-image order-2 order-lg-2 order-xl-1\" data-aos=\"fade-zoom-in\" data-aos-easing=\"ease-in-out\" data-aos-delay=\"300\" data-aos-duration=\"200\">\n<p class=\"lead apply-font\">First, these were just incandescent light bulbs, then neon, the \u201cnew light,\u201d always advancing to new heights and new and exciting media with which to build the finest signs in the country and eventually the world.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead apply-font\">In the 30\u2019s the acronym \u201cYESCO\u201d was adopted and over time it became synonymous with the full name, Young Electric Sign Company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-xl-6 text-sm-center d-xl-block bcg-img-100 order-1 order-lg-1 order-xl-2\" data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-easing=\"ease-in-out\" data-aos-duration=\"600\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/main><\/div>\n<div class=\"spacer-two\"><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-xl-6 text-sm-center d-xl-block\" data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-easing=\"ease-in-out\" data-aos-duration=\"600\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"#YESCO100years\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yesco.com\/wp-content\/themes\/yesco-corp\/img\/100years\/Vegas-facility_animate.gif\" alt=\"YESCO History Vegas Sign\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"col-sm-12 col-xl-6 m-lg-auto\" data-aos=\"fade-zoom-in\" data-aos-easing=\"ease-in-out\" data-aos-delay=\"300\" data-aos-duration=\"200\">\n<p class=\"lead apply-font\">YESCO became recognized as a true leader in the sign industry. Unafraid of building the biggest and best sign on earth, YESCO literally put Las Vegas on the map, as far as signs are concerned. Reflecting on the past we are ready to take on the challenges of tomorrow. Your contribution matters to us.
