Historical Sign Installation in Boise

Downtown Boise, Idaho is a vibrant place with a variety of rich activities. It has theaters, music, dining, and nightlife, some of which are along the Boise River.

This YESCO manufactured and installed monument sign is located on 100 West Main Street, advertising the diverse buildings and businesses located there. The lower portion of the sign is dedicated to the National Register of Historic Places, the federal government’s official list of items that are worthy of preservation due to their historical significance.

The sign installation displays the names of some architects and landscapers involved in the area dating from 1892 to 2017. These historical figures were “preserved” on December 12th, 1977.
