A skilled YESCO crew removed the neon sign from atop the Rio Grande Depot, a landmark in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah since the mid-1950s.

Following the sign removal, a new sign will go up in place of the old one which is scheduled to be finished in early October. It will face both east and west, to welcome visitors to the City.
