(October 2026) \u2013 <\/strong>YESCO<\/u><\/a>, the 106-year-old company known for creating, repairing and maintaining internationally recognizable signs, announces the completion of custom signage and architectural lighting for 5200 Oneida<\/a>, a newly constructed commercial development in Commerce City, Colorado. The project included a cohesive exterior branding package to enhance visibility, tenant navigation and the property’s modern architectural character. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5200 Oneida<\/a> delivers a rare combination of brand-new commercial space, modern design and prominent interstate frontage, offering businesses an exceptional opportunity to establish a presence in one of the Denver market\u2019s fastest growing areas. The property is professionally leased and managed by local commercial real estate firm RE1313, which specializes in serving businesses of all sizes. Located near Interstate 270, the new development features a striking 35-foot-tall freestanding pylon sign, a multi-tenant joint identification sign and architectural LED border lighting integrated into the building. To make the prominent pylon sign possible, YESCO successfully guided the project through the city’s variance approval process, allowing the development to achieve greater visibility from the interstate. Together, the signage elements create a highly visible identity for the property while providing flexible wayfinding solutions as tenants occupy the development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The freestanding pylon serves as the project’s signature landmark, featuring illuminated open-pan channel letters. The structure was designed to maximize visibility for motorists traveling along the nearby interstate while complementing the building’s contemporary color palette through custom-matched finishes. The illuminated address creates a bold focal point that remains highly legible both day and night. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project also carries a personal touch, with the initial concept for the address identification sign created by the daughter of the property owner before YESCO brought the design to life through fabrication and installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

YESCO also manufactured and installed a single-faced joint identification sign featuring tenant panels that allow the development to evolve as occupants are added. The sign’s modular design accommodates multiple businesses while maintaining a clean, unified appearance through standardized typography and white tenant branding. Externally illuminated with LED light bars, the directory provides clear wayfinding for visitors entering the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complementing the signage package, YESCO incorporated architectural LED border lighting supplied by N. Glantz & Son across key building elevations, accentuating the property’s contemporary design and creating a distinctive nighttime presence. The lighting seamlessly integrates with the overall branding strategy, reinforcing the development’s modern industrial aesthetic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
