His keen ability&nbsp;to develop deep and lasting relationships was evident&nbsp;by the more than 150 people who attended the celebration.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tom is well-known for his honesty, integrity, mentorship and strong drive to succeed.&nbsp; During his sales career, he was involved&nbsp;in many notable projects in the Northern Nevada area including the Alamo freeway high rise sign, the recent&nbsp;Atlantis tower letter replacement&nbsp;project, several projects at the Eldorado Hotel Casino and Golden Gate Petroleum.&nbsp; His involvement in local sign code discussions played an important role for local businesses.
