After spending almost 20 years working as a youth and children\u2019s minister, he decided it was time to try something new. Duane and his wife, Emily, are high school sweethearts and have 5 children, including a set of twins! When Duane isn\u2019t managing clients for YESCO, you will find him with his family enjoying theater, music, cooking, and playing board games.Justin DeChirico \u2013 Technician<br>Justin thoroughly enjoys the outdoors, particularly fishing and hunting. He can also be found traveling all over on my motorcycle. He has been with YESCO for a little over 2 years now learning the trade.Jim Donaldson \u2013 Account Executive<br>Jim is an Account Executive with YESCO Sign &amp; Lighting Service in Newport News, VA. He was a dedicated and decorated member of the United States Air Force for over 21 years and now brings his passion and attention to detail to our customer base. He earned his Bachelor\u2019s degree in Emergency Management from The University of Akron. While a member of the Air Force, he managed accounts and programs well over $2.5 million dollars. His dedication to our country and to his squadron led to his selection as Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) of the year. As a YESCO Account Executive, he has flawlessly assisted his customer base with all of their signage and lighting needs.
