The upper cabinet was reskinned with new aluminum, the framing was repaired as needed, Panaflex faces were added along with LED lighting and a bird spike. The structure was repainted. The lower cabinet received the same TLC along with a new Zip track and a 10&#8243; font kit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T &amp; Y Market was founded in 1995 by Ly Tou and Yer Lynhiavue.
