The 5,000 square-foot mural adorns the seven-story Dinwoodey building at 37 W. 100 South in Salt Lake City. The public art piece was celebrated for Women’s Equality Day.
Jann Haworth, who co-created The Beatles’ “Sgt. Pepper Lonely Hearts Club Band” album cover and reinterpreted that concept in the downtown “SLC Pepper” mural, and artist Alex Johnstone created “Utah Women 2020” as a collaborative community project.
The mural was printed by Vision Graphics and installed by YESCO.
