YESCO Salt Lake removed the neon, repainted the cabinets, completed a readerboard retrofit, and added new neon to the sign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The historic theater was constructed in 1947 as a local movie theater. Over the years, the owners have been restoring the building to make it a fully functional and up-to-date musical theater that maintains its original 1940s charm.
