It spanned the natural barrier of the Colorado River and served as a direct connection to the Western Colorado community. Sadly In 2008, it burned down in a brush fire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since then, Dewey&#8217;s Restaurant and Bar opened on Main Street- their name paying homage to the historic bridge.
