For those that want their properties looking perfect all year round without the hassle of monitoring their site after dark, we offer fixed-cost maintenance contracts. Our Sign Patrollers will check on your property for you and automatically schedule repairs as needed over the course of the contract. Other non-lighting maintenance such as sign cleaning and re-painting, bollard and flag pole painting, parking lot light cleaning, and more can be added to the agreement. A maintenance agreement allows you, as a property manager, to more easily budget for repairs and maintenance over the course of the contract and ensures that your property looks its best for the safety and well-being of staff and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
