Commerce Pointe is St George’s newest mixed-use commercial development that has been 15 years in the making. Phase 1 is complete and open for business. YESCO worked closely with the project’s developer and provided new signage for the center.

Currently, tenants include Jersey Mike’s Subs, Blaze Pizza, Crumbl Cookies, Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian style food, Taco Bell, Beans & Brews, Verizon, LongHorn Steakhouse, and a second-full service St. George location for Chick-fil-A. Commerce Pointe is located at 1333 S Hilton Drive.
