Our hotel's large road sign had stopped working and after going through our files, we found the quote Alison had sent in as a courtesy. Yesco Sign & Lighting had driven through at night and had given some information to upgrade and an estimate to install new bulbs to brighten up a couple of other signs around the property. Alison was so easy to work with, she was patient and answered any questions I had. As soon as she received the approval of the updated proposal, we were put on the schedule. The tech that came out- sorry I don't remember his name-came out the date and time frame Alison had given us. He did some troubleshooting, found and repaired the issue. I give the team at Yesco five stars because they were courteous, professional and speedy. They dismantled four non-working neon signs hanging in my store front (Florida Cigar, Panama City Beach), repaired them quickly (within a week) and reinstalled them perfectly. Also, I learned during this process that often times whenever they get swamped with too many jobs they’ll share the load with Artistic Neon Signs to insure all their accounts are not left hanging (pardon the pun). Now all said and done, my cigar store shines brilliantly (especially at night) attracting all those potential customers traveling down Back Beach Rd. Thanks, Yesco/Artistic
