1. Delivery and staging

Our first job is to stage the load safely, inspect the finish, verify the electrical, and confirm everything matches the approved shop drawings before a single bolt is torqued.

At this stage, our crew is walking the site, checking overhead clearances, locating utilities, and setting up traffic control so the property stays open and safe for customers throughout the install.

2. Setting the crane and hoisting

A sign like the Arches doesn’t go up on a ladder. It goes up on a crane, guided into position by a technician in an aerial bucket who can make the millimeter level adjustments needed to line up the mounting hardware on a pylon that’s often 30, 50, or even 80 plus feet in the air.

4. Cleanup and handoff

The job isn’t done until the site looks like we were never there. Cones and caution tape come down, debris is cleared, and the customer gets a full closeout package including photos, warranty documentation, and a service contact for the life of the sign.
