Perforated Vinyl Window Graphic for the Tennessee Titans on Broadway in Nashville
Broadway already has music, neon, and crowds. This Farewell Season it also has a multi story perforated vinyl window graphic that stops traffic without turning the glass into a blackout wall.
YESCO Nashville installed the wrap on the Prime + Proper building on Broadway for Pearl Media and the Tennessee Titans. The campaign marks Nissan Stadium Farewell Season, 1999 to 2026, with the message ONE unforgettable FAREWELL set over a packed stadium crowd. Pearl Media owned the media plan and creative. YESCO Nashville handled the field install on one of the most visible corners in downtown Nashville.
Project at a glance
- Graphic size: 50 feet wide by 36 feet tall, 1,800 square feet of perforated vinyl
- Location: the Prime + Proper building on Broadway, downtown Nashville
- Client and media partner: Pearl Media, for the Tennessee Titans
- Campaign: Nissan Stadium Farewell Season, 1999 to 2026
- Crew: three YESCO Nashville installers, two trucks
- Site requirements: lane closure permits, on-site police, and full traffic control
A live Broadway install, not a quiet warehouse wall
This was not a back lot mockup. The glass sits above an active restaurant corner. Pedestrians fill the sidewalk. Traffic moves under the Broadway street sign. Our crew staged the lift, set cones, and worked panel by panel so the graphic stayed aligned across the curtain wall while the block stayed open for business.
That setting is why perforated vinyl was the right material. From the street the Titans farewell art reads solid and bold. From inside, daylight and outward views still come through the tiny hole pattern. You get landmark branding without sealing the building up.
What perforated vinyl is
Perforated vinyl is an adhesive window film with a pattern of tiny holes. Outside, your eye fills in the image, so the graphic looks continuous. Inside, enough open area remains for light and visibility. That is why property owners and agencies pick it for storefronts, offices, and glass towers that still need to feel open during the day.
It is not the same as a solid opaque wrap. If you need blackout coverage, different materials do that job. If you need a campaign that faces the street and still lets people see out, perforated vinyl is usually the tool.
Can you see through perforated window graphics?
Yes, from the inside during daylight, with the normal tradeoff. The outside audience sees the image. People inside see out through the hole pattern. Night conditions flip the balance when interior lights are bright, so lighting plans matter for restaurants and retail after dark.

The upward glass facade photo from this Titans install is a good proof point. You can still read the glass as glass. The graphic does not turn the corner into a solid billboard box.
How long perforated vinyl lasts
Outdoor life depends on sun load, weather, glass temperature, edge sealing, and how the film was applied and finished on site. On a south or west facing Broadway elevation, UV and heat work harder than they do on a shaded wall. A well installed perforated window graphic on commercial glass is typically planned as a campaign or seasonal asset, then removed or replaced when the promotion ends.
For the Titans Farewell Season creative, the point of the material is impact now and clean removal later, not a permanent second skin on the building.
How much perforated vinyl costs
Cost depends on square footage, access (lift versus ground), panel count, design complexity, traffic control, removal of old film, and schedule. Downtown corner work costs more than a quiet suburban storefront because staging and safety take real crew time.
YESCO Nashville quotes from the actual glass survey and install plan. Send photos, approximate glass size, and your timing, and we will give you a real number based on an actual site survey.
Install constraints on a live Broadway corner
A high traffic install has to solve more than graphic alignment:
- Lift access and cone patterns that keep pedestrians moving
- Panel to panel registration so faces, type, and stadium art stay straight across mullions
- Clean glass before adhesive contact
- Edges and seams that will not lift in wind or heat
- A removal plan when the season ends
- Lane closure permits, on-site police, and traffic control coordination
On this job the permitting and traffic plan were as much of the scope as the vinyl. Covering 1,800 square feet of glass on Broadway meant lane closure permits, on-site police, and a traffic control setup that kept the sidewalk and the restaurant open while two trucks and a three-man crew worked the elevation panel by panel. That coordination happens before anyone touches the glass, and it is the part most people do not budget for.
That is the difference between a photo of a wrap and a wrap that still looks sharp after weeks of buses, weather, and foot traffic.
Why this project matters for Middle Tennessee brands
You do not need a stadium deal to use the same approach. Agencies, retailers, and property teams across Nashville use perforated vinyl and building wraps for grand openings, concert weekends, sports moments, and seasonal campaigns. Same craft. Same safety standard. Different canvas size.
Pearl Media brought the farewell season story. YESCO Nashville put it on the glass safely. The recognition comes from the photos and the partner credit.
FAQs
What is perforated vinyl?
Perforated vinyl is a window film with tiny holes. Outside viewers see the graphic. Inside viewers keep daylight and a view out.
Can you see through perforated window graphics?
Yes from the inside in daylight. The hole pattern lets light and sightlines through. Bright interior lighting at night can reduce that outside in effect.
How long does perforated vinyl last outdoors?
It depends on sun, weather, glass conditions, and install quality. Many brands use it for campaigns and seasonal runs, then remove it cleanly.
How much does perforated vinyl cost in Nashville?
Pricing follows square footage, access, traffic control, and schedule. Downtown Broadway style installs cost more than simple ground level storefronts. Ask YESCO Nashville for a survey based quote.
Is perforated vinyl good for restaurants and retail glass?
Yes when you want street facing branding without a full blackout. Plan for night lighting so interior brightness does not wash the outside view.
Who installed the Titans Farewell Season wrap on Broadway?
YESCO Nashville installed the perforated vinyl window graphic. Pearl Media was the media partner for the plan and creative.
Do window graphic installs on Broadway require permits?
Yes. A multi-story install on a downtown Nashville street typically requires lane closure permits, on-site police, and an approved traffic control plan. On the Titans Farewell Season graphic we coordinated all three so the block stayed open for business while the crew worked. Permitting lead time is often the longest part of the schedule, so it is worth starting early.
