Five stars to Chris for outstanding customer service. We have a business sign that isn't lighting up, and Chris was able to give some rough pricing estimates, the best he could without seeing the sign in person. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns in detail and went the extra mile by consulting with others to make sure I got accurate warranty information about power supply replacement (5 years by the way). They have a $270 diagnostic fee, which can deter some customers but I highly recommend giving them a call first to get a better idea of what overall costs would look like and what can be done.

I had a great experience with YESCO.  They show up early, isolated the problem quickly, checked for approval before they did anything not in the quote, cleaned my 15 year old sign, and replaced the neon with LED.  My sign looks better now than it ever has!
