Part Time Account Executive (Inside Sales)

Description 

YESCO, the world’s largest sign and lighting repair franchise, is looking to grow its newest location in Sioux Falls, SD. With a century in the signage business, YESCO has developed a reputation for excellence across the country, making a mark on everything from the infamous Welcome to Las Vegas sign to the Coca-Cola sign in Atlanta. 

As YESCO looks toward another century of growth, South Dakota East is a key market in servicing the eastern region. The Sign Service Account Executive will be instrumental to that growth by building a new and existing client base through inside sales and prospecting.  The ideal candidate for this position is a great listener, proficient communicator, and is totally self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. Simply put, we are looking for an organized, goal-oriented sales person with good people skills. 

This is a new inside sales position and is perfect for an experienced professional who is interested in charting their own path in an exciting industry. New businesses are breaking ground in South Dakota every day and established ones are expanding. The successful Sign Service Account Executive will stay on top of these growth trends and seek opportunities to put the YESCO stamp on a variety of signs across the metro area. 

This position is part-time with flexible scheduling. Must be located in eastern South Dakota as training and monthly meetings will occur in person.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform phone sales based on qualified leads as well as perform professional presentations of products & services in order to demonstrate the YESCO difference. The successful candidate must: 

  • Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue by calling the leads from our patrollers. 
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
  • Use marketing data and applicable sales management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss payment terms, and prepare sales order forms
  • Meet weekly quotas for calls and sales presentations

Experience/Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience preferred
  • Associate degree, or the equivalent of training, education, and experience.  We believe most any motivated individual can be trained
  • Previous sign and/or lighting experience preferred, but will train the right individual
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas 
  • Valid South Dakota driver’s license

Compensation

  • Compensation Based upon hourly plus commission. Expected performance achieves $40,000+.
