YESCO’s Twin Falls team recently completed a signage update for Stevo’s Bar & Grill at its location in Kimberly, Idaho, replacing signage from the building’s previous tenant with new Stevo’s branding.

The project included updating both the restaurant’s building signage and the tenant identification on the existing Red Cap Corner monument sign. Together, the new graphics give Stevo’s a consistent presence from the roadside all the way to the restaurant entrance.

Stevo’s has been a longtime YESCO customer with an established location in Paul, Idaho. When the opportunity came to bring the restaurant to Kimberly, our team helped carry the familiar Stevo’s identity over to the new location.

Updating a Property for a New Tenant

When a business moves into a previously occupied commercial space, existing sign structures can often be adapted for the new tenant rather than completely replaced.

At the Kimberly property, YESCO updated signage that had previously identified Cactus Grill. New Stevo’s graphics were incorporated into the existing monument sign while exterior building signage clearly identifies the restaurant at the entrance.

Using existing sign structures where appropriate can give a new tenant the branded presence it needs while making practical use of signage already at the property.

Consistent Branding From the Street to the Storefront

For restaurants, visibility begins well before customers walk through the door.

The monument sign helps identify Stevo’s to drivers approaching Red Cap Corner, while the wall signage reinforces the restaurant’s identity once customers enter the property. Using consistent graphics across both applications helps create a cohesive appearance throughout the site.
