Tower signage plays an important role in establishing visibility and brand recognition for hotels and casinos, particularly in a city known for its illuminated skyline.

At Palace Station Hotel & Casino, located at 2411 West Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada, YESCO was tasked with diagnosing and repairing lighting issues affecting the property’s tower neon letters and vertical LED lighting.

The project focuses on identifying the causes of the lighting problems and determining the repairs needed to restore proper illumination.

Why Tower Sign Maintenance Matters

Hotel tower signs are designed to provide identification from a distance, often extending a property’s branding well above street level.

When individual letters or lighting elements stop functioning, the resulting gaps in illumination can affect the appearance and readability of the sign.

Regular inspection, troubleshooting, and timely repairs help maintain consistent lighting across large-scale exterior signage.

For Palace Station, the reported issues involve two distinct lighting elements: the tower’s neon lettering and its vertical LED lighting.

Hotel and Casino Signage in Las Vegas

Las Vegas hotels and casinos depend on a combination of architectural lighting, illuminated building signs, and prominent exterior identification to establish their presence.

Tower signage presents unique maintenance considerations because of its height, exposure to weather, and integration with building architecture.

Properties that incorporate both neon and LED lighting also require technicians familiar with multiple illumination technologies.

Servicing these systems helps preserve the property’s nighttime appearance and recognizable branding.
