YESCO Salt Lake City recently completed a new monument sign project for Zions Bank in West Jordan, Utah, providing the property with updated ground-level identification.

Monument signs create a prominent visual marker near the entrance to a property, helping customers identify a business as they approach while extending its branding beyond the building itself.

Project Spotlight

Project: Zions Bank
Location: West Jordan, Utah
Sign Type: Monument Sign
Primary Service: New Commercial Signage
Industry: Financial Services

Creating a Strong Entrance to the Property

Unlike building signage, monument signs place a company’s identity closer to street level and the primary approach to a property.

For financial institutions like Zions Bank, that additional identification can help customers recognize the location before reaching the building or parking area.

The new monument sign provides a dedicated branded presence for the West Jordan location while complementing the property’s other exterior identification.

Monument Signs for Banks and Commercial Properties

Monument signs are a popular choice for banks, professional offices, healthcare facilities, schools, retail developments, and other properties where permanent ground-level identification is important.

They can be designed using a wide range of materials, shapes, illumination methods, and architectural details to coordinate with both the brand and the surrounding property.
