Centennial Service Award

This recognition is awarded to any employee who provides 100 hours of volunteer service for youth, the hungry, or the homeless.

•  Applications should be submitted to: CentennialServiceAward@yesco.com
•  Include a tracking sheet showing the dates and hours of service
•  Must be completed within a 12 month span
•  Submit a short description of what you accomplished
•  Share why it was meaningful to you
•  Submit at least three photos of you performing the service
•  Service in alternate areas will be considered and honored with prior written approval
