PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING

We may photograph or video record the completion of a sign repair or installation. These images and videos will generally be used for proof of our performance and in connection with our marketing/publicity materials. When using photographs or videos of products provided to you for marketing or publicity purposes, we will generally rely on our legitimate interests in promoting YESCO, our activities, and our overall aims and objectives.

We do not solicit or knowingly collect information from minors under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@yesco.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

The parties irrevocably agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Utah, U.S.A. shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy. THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE TRIAL BY JURY.
