This privacy policy discloses how we collect, use, share, and protect your Personal Information (defined below), including but not limited to information gathered from participating in this site and purchasing products and/or services from us.

You can browse most of our websites and view much of our content on our website anonymously.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING

We may photograph or video record the completion of a sign repair or installation. These images and videos will generally be used for proof of our performance and in connection with our marketing/publicity materials. When using photographs or videos of products provided to you for marketing or publicity purposes, we will generally rely on our legitimate interests in promoting YESCO, our activities, and our overall aims and objectives.

The parties irrevocably agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Utah, U.S.A. shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy. THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE TRIAL BY JURY.
