Energy-Efficient Lighting at the Bellagio Las Vegas

YESCO and the Bellagio Las Vegas (owned by MGM Resorts International) have begun retrofitting all exterior neon to LED lighting at the luxury hotel and casino. The job actually started in January and will continue throughout most of the year.

Over 15,000 linear feet of neon is being removed, recycled and replaced with energy-efficient LED lighting systems.

Here's a first look at the project. Notice the dramatic difference?

ISA Elite

David K. Jones, franchise training development coordinator/purchasing relationship manager at YESCO, has been selected as a member of the 2018 ISA (International Sign Association) Elite. The group is comprised of 36 young professionals who work in the sign, graphics and visual communications industry. The program is designed to combat one of the most pressing issues facing the sign, graphics and visual communications industry. As older workers, retire, industry leaders are concerned about replacing workers in both skilled and management positions.

David grew up in California and has fond memories of working with his friends at YESCO Los Angeles. After graduating from college he worked for Goldman Sachs as a capital market analyst. “I am thrilled to be back at YESCO working with the franchised offices and to take on the challenge of helping the company scale across North America,” said David.

His family and his values are very important to him. David enjoys basketball, golf, music and spending time with his wife, Meghan.

98 Years and Counting

Today we celebrate the dream of a young man, Thomas Young, who at age twenty-five started Thomas Young Signs with $300 borrowed from his father, George Young. This was March 20, 1920.

We celebrate the 98th anniversary of that event as we continue to strive to provide the most innovative, finest designed, engineered, built and maintained signs in the world. We celebrate the growth of our franchise program. As of early 2018 the company has awarded 162 territories across the Midwest, East Coast and Canada. YESCO Outdoor Media is one of the largest and oldest outdoor advertising companies in the Rocky Mountain West. We celebrate our longstanding commitment to providing our customers with signs and services of the highest quality and greatest value.

We celebrate the health of our beloved Tom Young Jr. Tom will celebrate his 90th birthday early next month.

We celebrate our employees. We continue to believe in the worth of the individual and are grateful to each of our employees. YESCO is truly a family business.
We will celebrate today by sharing a smile with our co-workers and remembering those who have gone on before as we look forward to our 100th birthday in just two years.

Thank you to all of our friends and customers.
