YESCO is pleased to announce the appointment of Joel Warden as Vice President and Northwest Regional Manager.

Joel is a 15-year veteran of YESCO with over 30 years of industry experience in sign production, sales, and project management. He succeeds Robert L. Short, who is retiring from the role after a distinguished tenure. We extend our sincere gratitude to Robert for his years of dedicated leadership over the Northwest region and look forward to his continued contributions as he transitions to the role of fleet manager.

Joel has a reputation for building high-performing teams and has led several of Utah’s most recognizable projects:

• Bank of Utah & Altabank: Multi-location branding efforts.
• Traverse Mountain Outlets & Valley Grove: Management of prominent, large-scale LED pylon installations.
• State Street Bowling Pin: The meticulous reconstruction of the iconic 80-foot-tall Salt Lake City landmark.

A graduate of the University of Utah (BA) and Brigham Young University (MBA), Joel’s commitment to the signage industry is a family tradition; two of his children are also currently building their careers with YESCO.

“After 15 years with YESCO, I’ve developed a deep respect for the craft of signage and the teams behind it,” said Warden. “This next step is about building on that foundation and carrying our legacy forward.”
