For 106 years, we’ve been the team behind some of the nation’s most recognizable signs. Today, we’re proud to share one of our latest completed projects: a full marquee reface and LED retrofit for the historic Roxy Stadium 14 in Santa Rosa, California.

The theater’s existing four-sided marquee needed an upgrade. Over the years, the original faces had become dim and yellowed. We wanted to revitalize the theater’s street presence and bring back that classic movie-magic excitement without losing the historic character of the building.

How we did it:

• We fabricated four brand-new marquee message board faces (measuring a massive 7’4″ tall by 16′ wide each).
• We completed a full zip track retrofit across all four sides of the structure.
• We swapped out the old lighting for cutting-edge GE Tetra LED technology to maximize brightness, visibility, and curb appeal.

As our Executive Vice President, Jeff Young, puts it: “This retrofit is a great example of how updated LED technology can make a dramatic difference without completely reinventing the signage. The updated displays brought back the brightness, visibility, and excitement you want from a classic movie marquee.”

We first started planning this project back in 2024, and we couldn’t be happier to see it officially finished and glowing. Next time you’re in Santa Rosa, go catch a movie and check it out.
