YESCO Completes Major Signage Project for Montego Bay Resort Casino

YESCO completed a comprehensive exterior signage and lighting overhaul at Montego Bay Resort Casino, a Peppermill Resorts property in West Wendover, Nevada. The goal was straightforward: modernize the property’s look with clean design and high-visibility illumination.

Here is a breakdown of what went into the build:

  • Building Lettering: Technicians removed the original signage and installed four new sets of Montego Bay letters across the north, west, and northeast elevations. The letters use white LED face lighting paired with blue halo illumination, set against aluminum backings finished to match the building facade.
  • The Skybridge: The same look extends over to the property’s skybridge, which now features two sets of face- and halo-lit channel letters so the branding reads cleanly from both sides.
  • Porte Cochère Wayfinding: For guest check-in, the team manufactured and installed two new internally illuminated “Hotel Registration” displays over the entrances, built with white acrylic faces, black perforated vinyl, and bright white LEDs.
  • Over 4,000 Feet of Blue Border Lighting: Redefining the property’s perimeter was the largest piece of the project, requiring 4,184 linear feet of custom prismatic aluminum trim finished in gloss blue with integrated blue LED runs to completely replace the resort’s older border lighting.

“Combining sharp lettering with dramatic halo lighting and miles of glowing border detail gave the entire resort a fresh identity,” noted Jeff Young, Chief Revenue Officer at YESCO.

Solid work by the fabrication and installation crews on getting this massive retrofit across the finish line.
