HENDERSON, Nev. (Sept. 6, 2025) — Ahead of the Las Vegas Raiders’ home opener, the City of Henderson has officially designated Raiders Way as the Champions District, marked by newly installed monument signs.

“The Champions District celebrates the spirit that defines both teams and our community,” said Henderson Mayor Michelle Romero. “These monuments are a lasting tribute to their achievements and a reminder of the pride and excellence they bring to Henderson. We wish our hometown teams the best of luck throughout this season and look forward to adding additional championships to the signs in the years to come!”

Located along Raiders Way, the Champions District recognizes the success of the Las Vegas Raiders and Las Vegas Aces, both of which operate their headquarters and training facilities in Henderson. The monument signs, fabricated and installed by YESCO, highlight the teams’ Super Bowl and WNBA championship victories.

The Las Vegas Raiders opened their headquarters and Intermountain Health Performance Center in Henderson in 2020. The Las Vegas Aces followed in 2023 with the opening of their dedicated headquarters and training facility, the first of its kind in the WNBA.
