Downtown Yuba City has a bold new landmark. YESCO is proud to announce the completion of the massive, illuminated gateway arch that spans the entrance to the city’s historic heart.

The project was completed alongside North Star Construction & Engineering, Inc. in cooperation with the City of Yuba City Public Works Department. The striking new sign was designed to celebrate the community’s identity while providing a prominent focal point for visitors and residents alike. Spanning the main downtown thoroughfare, the single-face illuminated arch measures 26 feet 3 inches high by 56 feet 4 inches wide.

YESCO’s team engineered the sign for longevity and visual impact, incorporating precision metalwork, durable finishes, and energy-efficient LED illumination to ensure the gateway shines bright for years to come.

“Projects such as the Yuba City gateway arch are about enhancing the community’s identity,” said Jeff Young, executive vice president, YESCO. “Bringing this new landmark to life will not only welcome residents but also leave a lasting impression on visitors traveling through the area.”

The new structure is now fully operational, lighting the way for drivers and pedestrians entering the downtown district.
