Preparation of Artwork

All digital files should be supplied at 300 dpi minimum with a printout for production requirements. The preferred layout size is 3/8″ or 1/4″ scale. Screen and printer fonts should be included as well as all image files. Supply original transparencies or hi-resolution scans of images. (Low-resolution images are acceptable for placement only.) All images and art files provided should be saved in CMYK mode and in EPS or TIFF format with a color printout of the layout attached. In general, you need to take into account your target size and multiply by 300 (typical printing resolution). For example, if you want an 8″ x 10″ JPG image, your target pixel size will be 2400 x 3000.

Flexible Face Bulletins (Opaque PVC/Vinyl)

Bulletins are digitally printed on vinyl. Durable and long lasting, the flexible vinyl face provides uniform color rendition and art fidelity. The printing is done on a single sheet of vinyl-coated substrate and is installed by stretching the material over the panels on the outdoor advertising structure’s display face. Vinyls that are supplied to YESCO for installation must be received 10 days prior to the requested posting date.

Inks

Inks are weatherproof and waterproof and have UV protection.

Extensions

To increase the impact of bulletins and other-out-of home displays, extensions (cutouts that extend beyond the basic shape of the structure) are often used. Extensions or cut-outs may be added around the perimeter of the structure at a one-time charge per square foot, plus a once-a-month maintenance charge. Depending on local restrictions, extensions or cut-outs may add from 5′ to 5’6″ at the top, 2′ at the sides and 1′ at bottom of structures.
