YESCO Installs Monumental Curved LED Displays at Colorado Convention Center
At YESCO, we’ve spent 106 years building, repairing, and maintaining some of the world’s most recognizable signs. We are pleased to announce the completion of a high-impact digital display installation at the Colorado Convention Center, creating a dynamic new advertising platform in the heart of downtown Denver.
Working alongside Branded Cities and Media Resources Inc., YESCO manufactured the substructure and led the installation of two large-scale electronic message centers (EMCs). These displays are engineered to deliver high-visibility content to both pedestrian and vehicular audiences, wrapping the building’s architecture to create a seamless visual experience.
Engineering at a Glance:
- Dimensions: Each display measures approximately 26 feet tall by 56 feet wide.
- Weight: Massive construction totaling approximately 20,650 pounds per display.
- Clarity: A 16mm pixel pitch ensures bold, sharp imagery.
- Strategic Placement: Located at the intersections of 14th and Champa Street and 14th and Welton Street.
By integrating digital media directly into the architectural design, YESCO has created a striking feature that allows the building to engage more effectively with the surrounding urban environment.
“This project illustrates the impact made possible by integrating eye-catching digital media with architectural design,” said Jeff Young, Executive Vice President of YESCO. “By combining precision engineering with advanced LED technology, we’ve introduced a feature that enables the building to engage compellingly with the city.”
The project supports the mission to deliver impactful out-of-home media in high-profile locations. Since 1920, YESCO has continued to provide innovative signage solutions across North America—from complex digital installations to the preservation of iconic landmarks.
