In early 2021 YESCO was contacted by Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects to suggest our participation in The Beverly Theater project in Las Vegas, NV.  We were invited to submit proposals for custom building cladding according to concept designs developed by the architect. Working with the owner, architect and Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, YESCO designers submitted ten unique perforated panel layouts before two typical patterns were ultimately  selected. No two adjacent panels are the same. Through careful orientation, an appearance of continual randomness was achieved. A  stringent process of full-scale mockups was required in order to assure the concept was correctly interpreted.

The project elements consist of a tubular structure overlaid with 7,376 square feet of fabricated metal panels. Our scope expanded to include LED-illuminated exterior signage as well as interior ADA-compliant plaques.

The Beverly Theater project is a success; an example of comprehensive craftsmanship at its finest.
