Joshua M. Young was recently appointed President of YESCO Franchising. Josh assisted with the founding of YESCO Franchising in 2011 and has served as its Vice President and General Manager. Under his excellent leadership, YESCO Franchising has grown to 89 territories in the Central and Eastern United States and Canada.

Josh has worked at YESCO for 16 years. He began his career as a helper in the layout, neon and vinyl departments. After returning from a leave of absence he excelled as a risk manager for the company. Josh then transitioned into an account executive for YESCO Outdoor Media. He has been described as capable, focused, committed, caring, and a great employee.

His work experience also includes employment at The Academy for Creating Enterprise. This non-profit organization teaches young people the skills necessary to own and operate small businesses in third-world countries. He continues to serve on the board of directors of this charitable organization.

Josh earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Westminster College and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah.
