Billboard Campaign

Utahns traveling the Wasatch Front will see outdoor advertising messages honoring health caregivers from across the region beginning Monday, April 12. The “Healthcare Hero” billboard campaign will engage 20 digital signs across Weber, Davis, Salt Lake City, and Utah counties spotlighting healthcare professionals from Intermountain Healthcare, University of Utah Health, Steward Health Care, Tanner Clinic, Granger Medical Clinic, and Ogden Clinic.

Sponsored by YESCO, the “Healthcare Hero” campaign was organized to call attention to real individuals who represent the tens of thousands of essential workers who have safeguarded the community’s health during the COVID-19 pandemic. The individuals spotlighted in the campaign were selected by their peers and management as having gone above and beyond in their duties. Workers featured in the campaign include respiratory therapists, emergency services, infection prevention managers, radiation therapists, operating room schedulers, registered nurses, certified nurse assistants, medical assistants, facilities managers, physicians, and others.

“We are in awe of the thousands of essential healthcare professionals and their dedication during these extraordinary times,” said Jeff Young, senior vice president, YESCO. “They deserve our thanks and public recognition for the enormous contributions they make to the health of our community.”
